We are bringing back everyone's favorite week of the summer, welcome back 'Seven Days of Sours'.

August 19-25th we'll be bringing out some of your favorite sours from our cellar, tapping a few brand new tart creations and closing the week out with two bottle releases. Plus, we'll have all of our previous sour and saison bottles on sale for 25% off all week long!

Watermelon Slice T-Shirt: We have a fresh batch of our watermelon sour for you to indulge in. This year, we are letting it go home with you in crowlers, but remember, drink fresh & do not age. Also, we will have a limited number of button downs available for purchase. First come, first serve.

Purple Drooplet: Foeder Fermented Blonde Sour with Blackberries // ABV 7%

We fermented on blonde sour base on loads of blackberries, 3lbs per gallon to be exact. Expect a mellow body with a strong fruit finish. Notes of oak and vanilla.

Scarlet Ibis: Wine Barrel-Aged Wild Ale with Blueberries & Raspberries // ABV: 6%

This beer spent time in our open fermenter, collecting wild yeast and bacteria from the Oklahoma air. We then pitched Brettanomyces and transferred it into wine barrels for an 18 month rest. Once it was tasting to our liking we transferred to stainless and added 4lbs per gallon of raspberries and blueberries. We get raspberry on the nose with a softer blueberry finish. Jammy, tart and delicious.
