Much like Clyde Lensen, this beer is as challenging as it is simple. We used a large portion of wheat malt and Cascade hops to accentuate the characteristics of our spontaneous yeast blend captured right here in Oklahoma. Notes of stone fruit, tart-oranges, spice, earth, and a mild-farmhouse Brettanomyces funk. This ultra-dry Saison will leave you wondering… Who IS Clyde Lensen?
