Position: Fuzzy Rabbit Sales Representative
Reports To: VP of Sales

Position Summary:

The Fuzzy Rabbit Sales Representative will operate in the market independently with the primary objective of selling and self-distributing Fuzzy Rabbit Sparkling Hops

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

The responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to, the following:

Sales/Self-Distribution
  • Achieve annual volume goals by growing retail relationships, points of distribution, retail programming and rate of sale across the Fuzzy Rabbit portfolio of non-alcoholic beverages
  • Maintain consistent market visitation schedule to on-premise, off premise, non-traditional, chain, national and independent accounts
  • Identify and execute local marketing opportunities, retail partner promotions, and sampling events
  • Execute delivery of Fuzzy Rabbit product to purchasing accounts
  • Maintain merchandising schedule for accounts carrying Fuzzy Rabbit product
Relationships/Business Building:
  • Develop and maintain relationships with current and targeted retailer account staff
  • Independently acquire new points of distribution in Oklahoma network
Product Knowledge/Education
  • Base understanding of similarities and differences across Grocery, Supercenter, C-Store, and on-premise classes of trade
Special Events/Activities:
  • Execute on & off premise promotions in current and targeted accounts with the goal of generating brand awareness, consumer sampling, and support self-distribution programming
  • Support targeted festivals and selling events throughout the market
Quality Assurance:
  • Monitor OOS and out of rotation product; follow up with accounts to take corrective action as needed
Administration:
  • Route planning/scheduling visits to be efficient and effective
  • Complete necessary weekly administrative reporting and communications in a timely fashion as prescribed by Stonecloud’s Sales Director
Other duties:
  • As periodically assigned by your manager

Preferred Skills & Knowledge Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or some college experience
  • Beverage sales: 2 years minimum (alcoholic or non alcoholic)
  • Knowledge of National and Oklahoma beverage industry and trends
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Excellent time management skills; ability to be proactive, take initiative, work autonomously, and be highly self-motivated
  • Excellent organization and coordination skills; ability to manage priorities and routine functions effectively and efficiently
  • Willingness to learn, grow and be coachable
  • Must be an energetic and competitive person, who is passionate about a career in sales & craft beverages
  • Active listening skills: understanding that goals are best accomplished by listening to, and filling, customer needs
  • As position requires driving to and from distributorships and retail accounts over a large geographic territory, incumbent must have the following:
    • A valid Driver’s License
    • A clean driving record
  • Valid ABLE license required or must be obtained pending an offer of employment

Job Type: Full-Time

Pay: Base Salary plus commission. Phone reimbursement included.
