Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced manager to oversee our taproom and event operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in bar management, event management, customer service, and leadership skills. We're looking for someone that is highly motivated to make our space the coolest in town and is an effective and proven leader.

Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage all aspects of the taproom operations

- Ensure high-quality service standards are met

- Oversee inventory management and ordering processes

- Supervise staff, providing guidance and support to achieve operational excellence

- Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty

- Coordinate onsite and offsite events (onsite parties, live music, farmers market, beer festivals, etc.)

Skills:

- Proven experience in bar management, customer service, and events

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team

- Knowledge of bartending techniques and craft beer

- Experience in inventory management to optimize costs and minimize waste

- Previous experience in restaurant/bar management is preferred

- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with customers and staff
