Double NE IPA
We went big on our inaugural East Coast IPA. Starting with a base of our favorite Wisconsin malt, we layered on a mountain of Golden Naked oats, flaked oats, and flaked wheat. We paired the ultra fluffy malt profile with a triple dry hop dosing of Mosaic, Amarillo, and El Dorado. Tropical fruits and orange peel dominate this beautiful brew, complimented by a beautiful malty sweetness. This one is hard to stop drinking.
