This Wild Ale was barrel fermented in our red wine puncheons. After fermentation, we decided to age it on Merlot grape skins for a boost in flavor and funk. The resulting beer is complex, tart, and incredibly fruit forward. Notes of mandarin oranges, peach, apricot, and a hint of Merlot grapes make this one of our tastiest beers yet.
