This floral saison will take you back to the farmhouse days of old. We fermented in open wooden barrels with our spontaneously harvested house culture. Notes of wildflowers, pear, and orange peel work together to create a complex yet crushable table beer. We added just a touch of heather tip to this mildly tart saison for that crisp Scottish Highlands type of feel.
