We brewed a IPL with healthy amounts of wheat and pilsner malt for a smooth and slightly sweet mouthfeel. After a solid 6 weeks of lagering, we dry-hopped the beer with an obnoxious amount of Nelson. Expect notes and flavors of sweet white wine, grape, cantaloupe, honey-dew, and a hint of resin.
