Barrel Fermented IPA

Primary fermentation was completed in oak barrels that previously held red wine in Napa Valley. Look for aromas of melon, papaya, fresh citrus and maple with residual floral notes. Fluffy mouthfeel and a mild oak bitterness unlike the traditional hop bitterness we are all used to. You’ll get tastes of oak, vanilla, fruit and wine.
