We filled red wine barrels with 35% unfiltered apple cider and topped them up with our blonde sour. After extended aging in barrels the beer was refermented on freshly crushed Gala & Granny Smith apples. Sweet dried apples dominate the aroma with notes of wildflowers & mild funk in the background.
