Barrel Aged Coconut Imperial Stout
This Carribean inspired stout will have you donning your favorite speedo with the first sip. We began with an ultra rich imperial stout and then let it slumber in fresh-off-the-boat Dominican rum barrels for 10 months. The resulting black nectar was like a dream, but we decided to load it with even more deliciousness. An absurd amount of coconut was hand toasting and flavor jammed into the stout. Cacao was next for that lovely, chocolately goodness. This beer will blow your mind, but hopefully not your speedo.
