We took a small portion of our Black Lager and fermented it in our oak puncheons for a truly unique (but not new) take on the style. After fermentation was complete, we transferred the beer into one of our stainless tanks for an extended lagering period – and finally conditioned the beer on some pretty tasty vanilla beans! The result was better than we could have hoped.
