Jenks will welcome the community to its first-ever Steins in the Park event on Oct. 14, from 5-9 p.m. The event will be hosted by Emerge, Jenks’ young professionals group.

The Andy B’s sponsored evening will feature on tap beer from local breweries, live music on the Downtown Commons stage, food trucks and more.

The Chamber’s gut feeling is that Steins in the Park will be a banger. That’s why plastic, souvenir cups will be available for you to buy and take home, wash delicately, and bury in your cabinet for a special occasion that arrives five months later, during which, you recall most excellent memories of your time at Steins in the Park.

The Crowe Band takes the stage at 5 p.m., followed by Ben Kilgore at 6 p.m. and Crash DeVille at 7:30 p.m.

Breweries include American Solera, The Nook Brewing Co., Stonecloud Brewing Company and Nothing’s Left Brewing Co.

Maggie’s Music Box will offer “Steins After 9” for a discounted rate (when using your handy-dandy, official stein).
