While planning this beer, we took Nigel’s happiness into consideration. We used an exciting and expressive yeast; as well as a bouquet of fruit-forward hops – Simcoe, Citra, Mosaic, and Motueka, to be exact! The taste and smell resemble everyone’s favorite childhood (and adult) treat, Trolli Peachie-O’s. Sweet-grapefruit, mango, and tangerine linger on the pallet. If THAT doesn’t entice you, our brewers think it feels like drinking “A FREAKIN’ PILLOW-CLOUD”. Nigel is not outspoken, but this beer is.
